Step beyond the conference and into the heart of the Marvelously Made experience! This optional pre-conference add-on invites educators to spend time observing inside our Marvelously Made classrooms, where you’ll see the environment come alive as the children play and the teachers offer them support and guidance. Then, continue the experience over lunch with founder Jennifer McCarville, where you’ll gain meaningful insights, ask questions, and connect personally about your takeaways.

We’ll begin our time together by gathering in community, settling in, and setting the tone for the days ahead. This opening session will invite you to slow down, connect, and step fully into the experience as we explore the core ideas that will guide and inspire our time together throughout the conference.

We’ll gather for dinner together on Friday evening (included).

Saturday will be a full day of immersive learning and exploration. Participants will engage in a dynamic mix of presentations and hands-on workshops designed to deepen understanding and spark new ideas. Throughout the day, you’ll spend meaningful time on the Marvelously Made campus, with dedicated time to truly explore the classrooms, looking closely at setup, materials, and design, while asking our teachers questions about best practices, daily flow, and the intentional choices that shape each space. With plenty of interactive activities, collaborative discussions, and moments for reflection, the day is designed to support deep, practical learning you can carry back into your own work.

Snacks and lunch are included as part of your Saturday experience.

Join us for an optional post-conference add-on designed to extend and deepen your conference experience. You’ll gather in a small, intimate setting with Jennifer McCarville for a guided Q&A session, giving you a special opportunity to revisit key moments from the conference, ask thoughtful questions, and explore ideas that are most relevant to your own context.

This is a unique opportunity to process what you’ve learned and engage in in-depth dialogue. With this small group, the conversation remains personal, responsive, and deeply impactful, allowing you to leave with greater clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.
